The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to provide all labor & materials to replace existing BUR system with EPDM, to include internal roof drain systems and electrical hardware as defined in bid documents. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 11, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Kenai Peninsula Borough Building Front Entrance located at 144 North Binkley, Soldotna, AK 99669. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
