Code and Description: 59- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0162 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to IXI Technology. These are "direct replacement" parts for existing equipment and must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with other equipment currently installed. IXI is identified in the Technical Data Package as the manufacturer and supplier of these components. IXI Technology is located in Yorba Linda, CA.  Offerors MUST be an authorized reseller. 

Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 if applicable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Quote is due 02 July 2018, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 31 August 2018.
