IXI TECHNOLOGY is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and there are no other authorized resellers or distributors of this equipment due to proprietary rights. The components must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price order. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIFED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase.
