The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Power Protection Services located at PO Box 360155, Dallas, TX for the replacement of C&D batteries on El Paso Intelligence Center UPS (3 systems) to include de-installation, installation, delivery and disposal. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the Power Protection Services under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Power Protection Services.
