Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Omnicell, Inc., 3661 Burwood Dr., Waukegan, IL 60085, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources, to provide commercial maintenance services on PandoraVIA Data System on behalf of the St. Louis VA Health Care System, St. Louis, MO. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; a solicitation package is not available. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition exists and that acquiring these services by soliciting competition is more advantageous to the Government.
