Austin, TX. Study GSAPBS200518. Little Rock and Helena, AR and Lufkin, TX. These streamlined studies shall be conducted in accordance with the instructions set forth in OMB Circular A-76 (Rev. 5/29/03). Maintenance services in Austin, TX are currently being performed by 1 employee. Maintenance services in Little Rock, AR are currently being performed by 3 employees. Services performed in Helena, AR and Lufkin, TX are performed by 1 employee in each location. Maintenance services performed at the above locations included heating, ventilating and air conditioning; low voltage electrical; and minor plumbing. The designated Competitive Sourcing Official for this activity is Susan G. Marshall, GSA, CSO, the contracting officer is Judi Grossman, and the Agency Tender Official is James S.
