The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to announce the requirement and request feedback from contractors. The Government anticipates award of a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for bead blasting and powder coating of C-130H aircraft rail assemblies. See the attached draft Statement of Work for details. We anticipate posting of a solicitation (Request for Quotations) for the requirement around 1 February 2006. This solicitation can be obtained by visiting the FedBizOps website www.fbo.gov. The Government will consider all quotes submitted by eligible and responsible contractors. All contractors submitting quotes will need to be registered in CCR (http://www.ccr.gov/) and their Reps & Certs posted with ORCA (https://orca.bpn.gov/).
