Notice of Intent to Sole Source a contract with Philips Healthcare, a Division of PENAC. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation and an Invitation for Bids, a Solicitation, or an indication that Network-9 Contracting Office (NCO-9) will contract for the items, However: any firm that believes it can provide these services may give written notification to the Contract Specialist, no later than 4:00 PM EST, September 16, 2016.
