The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to determine whether there are any small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Businesses or HUBZone's capable of providing a service contract to optimize, upgrade and maintain the Building Automation/Energy Management System (BAS) at the Coatesville VAMC. All building automated controls were installed by and use CM3 equipment (i.e., pneumatic valves, control devices, thermostats, EP switches, etc.), computers and software. The Contractor must be able to provide semi-monthly inspections on existing BAS controls throughout the medical center; including cleaning and calibrating HVAC building controls and make necessary adjustments as necessary to same. In addition service includes, but is not limited to, emergency services, annual backup of computer software, and remote diagnostic services as needed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 238210, Size Standard: $15.0 million, and the Classification code is J061.
