This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a contract to one source, CAREFUSION, 211 Inc. This requirement is for onsite maintenance of the Carefusion Pulmonary Monitoring System and other viasy/Cardinal medical systems at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. The vendor will be providing maintenance, calibration, repair and troubleshooting support for endoscopy equipment. These systems are currently Carefusion manufactured and we require OEM parts and manufacturer certified technicians. The proposed contract for which the Government intends to solicit with only one source is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The special notice number is W91YTV-12-R-0009 and the NAICS Code is 811219. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government for future opportunities.
