The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit competitive proposals for providing an Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) non-personal technical support services contract to provide depot level repair and overhaul of the ST6L-813/812 Turboshaft Engine to return the engines to a Ready for Issue (RFI) material condition. Items will be inspected, repaired and calibrated in accordance with the SOW and applicable technical manuals and directives. Processing requirements for the ST6L-813/812 Turboshaft Engine and components provide for the receipt, inspection, disassembly, repair or modification, assembly, testing, and preservation of these items to a serviceable condition.
The repair effort shall result in a product that exhibits its inherent reliability characteristics through its subsequent service tour.
A five year IDIQ contract with cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed price delivery orders, is contemplated. A technical proposal is required. Award will be on the basis of the best value to the Government. NSWC PCD plans on releasing the solicitation electronically only on or about 17 April 2013. This requirement will be solicited on the basis of full and open competition.
