The vessel is a 270 Foot Class A Medium Endurance Cutter. Vessel's homepier is located at PORTSMOUTH, VA. All repairs are to be performed at the vessel's homepier. The performance period is THIRTY-FIVE (35) calendar days beginning on or about December 1, 2003. Funds are available for this procurement.
