Dry dock Selected Restricted Availabilities and emergent work for naval combatant vessels (CG, DDG, FFG) under an IDIQ firm fixed price contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 10 February 2008. Pricing will be based on notional items and selected cost line items and quantities. The dry dock must be situated within the local area (as defined by the Joint Travel Regulations and command instructions) of Mayport Naval Station. This is Duval County. There are currently 16 scheduled dry dockings from fiscal year 2009 to and including fiscal year 2013. Work would include hull, machinery, electrical, piping and ship alterations on board the vessel while docked. Access by third party contractors for ship alterations or other essential repairs will be required. Offers are being restricted to holders of a Master Agreement for Repairs and Alteration of Vessels (MSRA holders, not ABRs).
