Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing service for Operating Room Instrument Repairs (simple & complex) that is in compliance to current NFPA-99, OSHA and CDRH (see listing below). Interested offerors must also provide diagnostic and correct equipment malfunctions. Repair shall consist of returning a failed component or system to full operational capacity. Repair service may also include cleaning, adjusting, and/or replacing parts. All required parts will be furnished by the vendor.
