NOTICE OF INTENT

The US Army Medical Command has a requirement for Equipment Maintenance on the below equipment list. The Government intends to award a sole source award for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Ethicon, (Doing Business As), Advance Sterilization Products Division, 33 Technology Drive, Irvine CA 92618-2346. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirement". This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any firm that believes it can provide maintenance services for the equipment listed below may submit a capability statement. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Responses may be faxed to (706) 787-5681. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
