FFO SECURITY UPGRADES
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L2221Q0001 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ) with an open date of November 19, 2020 and a close date of December 11, 2020. The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-09. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 561621 with a size standard of $22.00.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Farmington Field Office, Farmington, New Mexico has a requirement on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter in a firm-fixed price contract for Security Systems Services per attached Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12/28/2020 to 1/27/2021.
This Request incorporates Wage Determination No. 2015-5445. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52,212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be found at https://acquisition.gov. The evaluation will be completed on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov.
