In order to comply with 10 U.S.C. 2464 and AR 750-1, the U.S. Government intends to facilitize organic depots by the acquisition, development, production, and modification necessary to deliver HIMARS and M270A1 test stand equipment to support the rep air of Line Replaceable Units/Shop Replaceable Units. Proposed acquisition is sole source to Lockheed Martin Corporation, 1701 W. Marshall Drive, Grand Prarie, Texas, 75051, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal wh ich shall be considered by this agency. See numbered note 22.
