The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intend to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Locher Environmental Technology, LLC. This procurement is for the purchase of Hydrolab conductivity and turbidity sondes. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizations must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but not later than 4:00 p.m. local time on 02/23/2007.
