General Requirements Contractor to maintenance and support for the Intellispace Event management (Emergin) system at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. B. Maintenance Vendor shall provide maintenance and support for the Intellispace System including software upgrades, remote access utilizing VPN services for troubleshooting and diagnostics. Emergency support 24/7. C. Period of Performance-Coverage Period Maintenance contract to cover the period from 01/01/2013 - 12/31/2013. D.
