The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Boston, MA is solicitating a quote to provide scheduled and on-call maintenance for EPA-owned G.E. InterLogix-CASI Security System at One Congress St. Boston, MA and the EPA storage facility located at 222 Washington St Woburn, MA.1- The Service Maintenance Contract is for one year. All potential contractors shall be certified to provide maintenance on the G.E. InterLogix CASI Security System. Contractor will provide the service maintenance 24 hours per day 7 days per week including holidays. - Communications between EPA coordinator and the contractor will be via Nextel cell phone. - Contractor shall provide immediate phone support and on-site emergency repair technician within 2 hours. - Both 1 Congress St, Boston and 222 Washington St, Woburn locations are interconnected and shall remain intact by the service provider with the main security system in Boston. 2- The Period of Performance is October 1, 2007 thru September 30, 2008.The NAICS Codes are 238990 and 561621 and the Small and Small Business Size Standard are 11.5 and 13.0 million dollars.
