The Naval Surface Warfaare Center, Darderock Division, NSWCCD plans to place an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with the Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT on a sole source basis for the refurbishment of one (1) Cell Area, Hexagon Power Supply, and Distilled Water Pump of Model 6L16 Electrlytic Oxygen Generator (EOG) used on SSN-6888 Class Submarine. The Government intends to solict and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or serivces will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)1). Note 22 applies.
