Update 31 January 2018:  The government hereby amends the solicitation.  The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received during the Pre-Proposal Conference, update Section L to make an administratives change to GI.2, update Transition Plan requirements, and clarify Past Performance requirements related to subcontractors.  Offerors are reminded that they are required to acknowledge receipt of all amendments in accordance with Block 11 of the SF30.  The proposal due date is not extended as a result of this amendment.

The government also hereby provides the list of attendees and the materials presented at the Pre-Proposal Conference held in MCAS Iwakuni on 25 January 2018.
