The Aleda E. Lutz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, Michigan, 48602 intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Carestream Health Inc, 150 Verona Street, 4th Floor, Rochester, New York 14608-1733. The proposed contract is for preventative maintenance services for 1) One (1) Kodak Directview CR 950 System; 2) One (1) Kodak Directview CR 850 System; 3) One (1) Kodak Directview Remote Operations Panel. This equipment is utilized for the performance of Computed Radiography. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.1(a)(2).
