j, The VA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with St. Jude Medical, St Paul, MN to provide maintenance services for Ensite System located at VAMC, Lexington, KY. ID number 46476. Offers may identfy their interest accompanied by support and literature of their capabilities to perform this service to the CO no later that February 9, 2009. No telephone requests will be honored. Services will be for approximately one base year with 4 one year option periods. Interested parties may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
