Nonpersonal services to furnish all labor, toools, equipment, material, and transportation to provide preventative and corrective maintenance on an automated material handling system (AMHS) in building 7977 at Germersheim Army Depot in accordance with the attached revised statement of work.

Period of performance will be for one (1) base year to begin on 1 May 2008, with two (2) one year options.
