The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Siemens Building Technologies, 7249 Ambassador Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21244 for the acquisition of maintenance for the Apogee 3.1 Insight Energy Management System located at the SSA National Computer Center (NCC) in Woodlawn, Maryland.
