This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract, without discussions, to the responsible offeror whose offer meets the requirements of the solicitation.
