Vendor to provide total maintenance on all Temp Trak Wireless Monitoring Systems listed in Section B. o Vendor to supply any and all software updates with in 30 days of release. o Vendors price to be inclusive of all cost including parts, labor and travel. o Vendor to maintain all equipment per the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines. All replacement parts must be new. The use of rebuilt parts will only be allowed if certified by the OEM and new parts are not available. o Vendor to maintain answering service that is capable of accepting calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week but is manned Monday ? Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Messages left during the ?off-hours? will be returned and responded to on the next business day to provide off-site assistance. In addition an OEM qualified technician must be available (via phone) within 2 hours of any call to provide off-site assistance. o In the event that on-site repairs are required, vendor to respond no later than 3:00 PM EST the third business day following determination that on-site repairs are required. o Vendor to provide 1 annual preventative maintenance and calibration as soon as possible after contract award but no later than 90 days of award. ?
