EJONS 0X0340, Serial #500665 and 0X0341 DRT. #500666. Model #CS 45KL load capacity 98,000 lbs. 1st row, 68,000 lbs. 2nd row, 33,000 lbs 3rd row. Maintenance schedule will be as follows: Monthly: Grease all fittings on machines, check and fill all fluids, check structure for cracks/failure, complete watch dog check list. Quarterly: Check and fill all fluids, check computer for errors, complete oil sampling, complete watch dog list. Semi Annual: Complete engine oil change, replace oil, air and fuel filters, complete above tasks, complete watch doc check list. Annual: Complete service, change hydraulic, engine transmission oil, and all filters, check/change coolant and filters. Diagnostic test the computer. Perform an oil sampling. The period of performance will be 01 Aug 2005 through 31 Jul 2006 with four (4) option years.
