This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(1)(i). Minntech Corporation is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unique supplies or services available from only one source or only one supplier with unique capabilities. The required service is to provide maintenance for the Medivator equipment.
