This agreement shall include service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. 24 hour hardware/software support and technical phone support. Diagnostic call back response within 4 hours of customer notification and site repair within 24 hours of customer notification. 2 preventitive maintenance visits per year. Unlimited service, calls, labor, parts and travel. All licensed software upgrades at no additional charge. ATC user group support.
