Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. St, Detroit, MI 48201, the VA Medical Center at 5600 W. Dickman Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49037, and the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center at 1500 Weiss St., Saginaw, MI 48602. NAICS 811219, size standards $19 million applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
