The VHA Network 15 Contracting Office (NCO 15), 4101 South 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The requirement is for EndoWorks software maintenance located at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. This will include all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and services necessary to support EndoWorks software maintenance (Helpdesk, remote & on-site) for the following equipment: o 1ea SW05-0702: Network Server ImageManager Software-1 user license. Includes 3-day training (includes trainer T&E). o 1ea SW13-0702: HL7 Inbound ADT & Scheduling Software--1 direction license o 2ea SW02-0702: Image Capture Software--1-user license o 1ea SW14-0702: HL7 Outbound Reports Software-1 direction license o 1ea SW07-0702-2: Advanced Reporting Software-2 user license o EW7-Maint: EndoWorks software maintenance agreement includes remote support services This contract is to be performed at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. The anticipated period of performance will be one basic year plus four (4) one-year pre-priced options for renewal.
