The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, plans to place an order under an Ordering Agreement with Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT, on a sole source basis for the overhaul of one ship set of the Cell area w/o new cells, Hexagon Power Supply, and Distilled water pump. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
