The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, NSWCCD plans to place and order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with the Treadwell Corporation, 341 Railroad Street, Thomaston, CT on a sole source basis for the refurbishment of two (2) Cell Area, Hexagon Power Supply, and Distilled Water Pump of Model 6L16 Electrolytic Oxygen Generators(EOG)used on SSN-688 Class Submarines. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
