Post Deployment Upkeep for USNS SIRIUS (T-AFS 8) Place of Performance: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Norfolk, Va; Performance Period: 15 October 2003 through 14 November 2003. Work to be accomplished includes pump overhauls, piping repairs and mods, habitability upgrades, unrep repairs, electrical, structural and annual inspections. A responsible offeror is considered eligible if the offeror has previously executed a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to award of the contract.
