Post-Deployment Upkeep for USNS SPICA (T-AFS 9); Place of Performance: Contractor's Facility. Offer area is restricted to East and Gulf Coast. Some of the major work items to be performed includes: Habitability Item (25 Staterooms), Potential Forward Reefer Modification, and Miscellaneous Piping. A responsible offeror is considered eligible if the offeror has previously executed an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) or Master Ship Repair Agreeement (MSRA)prior to award of the contract.
