The Pacific Regional Contracting Office-Korea at Yongsan, Korea intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract for complete maintenance and necessary repair services for Government-owned STERRAD PLAZMA 100S Sterilizer system network equipment. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 July 2011 through 30 Jun 2012 (Base and 4 Option Periods).

The equipment to be covered by this contract is located in the MEDDAC-K, 121st CSH/BAACH in Korea. The contractor will be required to furnish all necessary services, qualified technical personnel, tools and test equipment necessary to maintain the equipment in a fully functional state in accordance with OEM specifications.

The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Johnson &Johnson Korea, Advanced Sterilization Products Division. Johnson & Johnson is the manufacturer of STERRAD PLAZMA 100S Sterilizer and no other qualified technician can perform required service under this solicitation. Therefore, Government determined only Johnson &Johnson Korea could meet Government's need and requiring service. Interested company may identify their interest and prove capability to meet solicitation requirements by responding and submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
