Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to CareFusion Solutions LLC, 3750 Torrey View CT, San Diego, CA 92130, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1, to provide commercial maintenance agreements on CareFusion Pyxis brand products on behalf of the Marion VA Medical Center, Marion, IL 62959. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS; a solicitation package is not available. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition exists and that acquiring these services by soliciting competition is more advantageous to the Government. Written responses must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than December 18, 2017, at 4:00pm CST. All inquiries and submittals must be sent via email to: [email protected] .
