NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). The Electronic Systems Center, Cryptologic Systems Contracting Division (HNCK) intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of (1) WSTI Camera and (4) SLRTI Complete Systems to the OEM, FLIR Systems, Inc., 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862. This proposed repair acquisition is for one (1) each, WSTI Camera, NSN: 5855ND024144J, P/N: 194760 and (4) each, SLRTI Complete Systems, NSN's: 6350ND024680J, P/N's 614005655. Required Delivery: 30 days after receipt of assets. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award by August 2011. FLIR Systems, Inc., (OEM) is the only known sourcethat meets the Government's requirement as it has proprietary rights for the Manufacture/Repair of the required items. No technical data/drawings/Technical Orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication.
