Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Markey Machinery Company, Inc located in Seattle, WA for NOAA, Ship McArthur II to remove esisting 1370AR drive module in the existing DESH-5 winch drive enclosure and replace with new Allen-Bradley 1395D drive module. This service must be accomplished by the OEM. Markey is the OEM of the DESH-5 hydrographic winch. Questions concerning proposed contract may be submitted to Melvin N. Fondee.
