U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a requirement for upgrading the existing Honeywell security system in our San Juan district office. The purpose of this notice is to locate potential sources to provide Honeywell hardware and installation services for this system upgrade. The system upgrade includes the following: --Honeywell hardware and installation services for two access controllers --Honeywell hardware and installation services of a new central system that services 13 card readers, multiple CCTV cameras, and the two access controllers This notice IS NOT a notice of availability of a solicitation. Rather, this notice is seeking a response from sources that may be interested in providing the products and services described above. Interested potential sources are invited to submit a letter of interest by 4:00 pm EST on October 18 2005.
