The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems for the labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration and repairs of the Jetstream Forte and Peg Sunblade located at the John J.
