The Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to award a two year extension of the requirements contract (W56HZV-09-D-0027) for Service Life Extension of the Caterpillar 130G Grader, Caterpillar D7 Dozer, Caterpillar 621B Scraper, Caterpillar Deployable Universal Combat Earthmover (DEUCE), Caterpillar 613 B Sectionalized Scraper and Caterpillar 613B Sectionalized Water Distributor on a sole source basis to Caterpillar, Inc. Governmental and Defense Products (Cage Code: 11083). The estimated value of this action is $60.8M.

ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with Caterpillar Inc. as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, for fulfillment of this requirement.
