This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Galveston District requires a Sonic 2024 Multibeam Echo Sounder System. The Contractor will furnish everything necessary to properly ship equipment, cables, mounts, velocity probe, firmware/software and any other components necessary to install and equip two (2) survey vessels and conduct training. Two (2) complete Sonic 2024 Multibeam Echo Sounder System or equivalent are to be provided. The system must be fully integrated with POS-MV320 motion sensor associated Trimble receivers, Tangent computers, and Coastal Oceanographics Survey Software
