The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) John D. Dingell Medical Center intends to issue a Request for Proposal solely to Advanced Sterilizer Products, Inc. to provide all required preventative maintenance on a Sterrad 100NX Sterilizer. The preventative maintenance must be performed by a factory trained and authorized technician with access to proprietary manuals and must be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and schedule of the anticipated solicitation. Estimated solicitation date is November 23, 2011. The contract period is expected to run approximately December 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012 with four 1-year options.
