The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Augusta, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Terumo Cardiovascular Systems.; for a five-year contract for the Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Service on the Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, located at the Charleston, SC VA Medical Center. The NACIS code is 811219 and size standard is $6.5 million. The contract period will be from March 1, 2008 through January 31, 2009 with four (4) one (1) year options. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
