The Strategic Systems Programs intends to issue a contract to Wilorco, Division of Strike Technology Inc., Long Beach, CA for TRIDENT II (D5 and BACKFIT) Strategic Weapon Systems Navigation Subsystem Electrostatically Supported Gyro Navigator Converters. Wilorco is the designer and developer of the required converters. They possess proprietary information, specialized experience, and special test equipment that make them uniquely capable of providing the required supplies within existing cost and schedule constraints.
