Decommissioning (DECOM) to include painting, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and electronic type of work for fabrications, removals and installations in order to prepare the USS ROBIN and USS OSPREY for inactivation at the Ingleside Navy Base, Texas. Towing and preparing for tow will also be required. This solicitation will be available for viewing/downloading at www.neco.navy.mil on or about 21 December 2005. Referenced plans will be available at the South Central Regional Maintenance Center, Ingleside, Texas. Offers are being restricted to holders of an Agreement Boat Repair Holders. Solicitation is being extended to bidders in the Ingleside, Texas area.
