If the four (4) boilers are identical, please provide copies of all Manufacturer's Data Report forms in one of the Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manuals. a. Please confirm that certify and certification as used in items 1 and 2 of the Work Statement do not require the extensive nondestructive testing and code calculations required for a Useful Remaining Life Study. a.
